Pat Welsh, Shop To Earn Founder, earned Economics and Speech Communications degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. While in college, he was also an All American on the 1986 NCAA National Champion Men’s Lacrosse Team.
From 1990-1997 Pat built, trained, managed, and motivated a direct sales team contributing to 500 million in sales of environmentally conscious products.
Pat spent the last 10 years creating and developing the Shop To Earn online platform that couples networking and e-commerce. By forming partnerships with the biggest names in retail and seeking out positive partnerships with the finest green companies, the Shop To Earn mission of helping people become healthier and wealthier is being realized by many people across the country.
Dan Swiniarski, President Shop To Earn
Dan Swinarski attended College in Massachusetts, where he studied Business. After a tour in the United States Marine Corps, Dan followed his passions in a variety of areas, working in Real Estate Development/Sales in New England, and achieved his goal of becoming a Professional Golfer. Dan has also managed/owned several business ventures including an Ez-Go golf cart business, golf course management firm Millennium Enterprises, and Real Estate Company Atlantic Realty, Inc. Dan has spent the last five years serving as Vice President of Sales for top ten bedding manufacturer Kingsdown, Inc in Central North Carolina.
Mark Soderquist, President Shop To Earth
Growing up on the beach in Carlsbad, CA, Mark Soderquist developed an early appreciation for nature and the importance of protecting and preserving our planet’s precious natural resources.
After graduating from Chico State University with a BS in Business Management, Mark joined a start-up company marketing Earth friendly products, and quickly became an integral leader. During 10 years of hard work, focus, and dedication, Mark’s efforts helped that company become Inc Magazine’s Fastest Growing Company in America.
Through his extensive experience in producing videos and live events, Mark is able to articulately express the need to live a sustainable lifestyle. Mark’s passion and enthusiasm for promoting a sustainable lifestyle has allowed him to impact the lives of many people through his work.
Joe Locke, Vice President of Sales and Shop To Earth Seminars
Joe Locke attended Northern Essex College. Later, he moved to Southern California and began to work in Direct Sales.
Investing over 10 years of dedicated work allowed Joe to solidify himself as a top sales person, and eventually as a National Sales Trainer. During that time, Joe trained hundreds of thousands of individuals in both the direct selling industry and in private corporations.
As Vice President of Sales for Shop To Earn, Joe simplifies the art of selling and helps individuals realize their true sales potential.
